began in May of 2020 after finishing my Master’s degree and becoming a board-certified Registered Dietitian. I started my own online private practice so that I could be as effective as possible in helping others change their lives through evidence-based nutrition. I take your complicated web of nutrition questions and give you back simple and easy to use action steps that will positively change your health and happiness for years to come.

Highlight (2023):

I got to meet the Today Show’s Dietitian, Joy Baurer, while attending the 2023 Food and Nutrition Conference and Expo in Denver, Colorado! Dietitians flew in from all over the world to attend special higher educational sessions and obtain continuing education hours. It was a blast!

I attended the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation event, MyIBD Learning Patient Education Program, in Rosemont, IL. This was an informative event for patients, caregivers, and providers to connect, learn, and be supported in IBD journeys.
