When you don’t eat enough, it slows down your metabolism. When your metabolism is too slow, it burns a lot fewer calories every day. Hence, why you can’t lose weight!

  1. DON’T SKIP MEALS

  2. Have a well-balanced meal and not little “tide me over” snacks

  3. Stop focusing on getting the least amount of calories

  4. Get daily movement (at least 30 minutes)

  5. Work on weight-resistant, muscle-building exercises

  6. Up your fruit and veggie intake
